Where do I go to get my Nissan vehicle serviced?

I leased my car from them. Where do I turn it in when my lease is up?

Mentor Nissan is happy to help you enjoy the remainder of your Nissan lease. When your Nissan lease is up, we can help you turn in your Nissan vehicle. Often Nissan has programs that help Nissan lessees upgrade early.
Please check with us six to eight months before your lease terminates so that we can alert you to any lease upgrade benefits!

I purchased a vehicle there and I have questions about the transaction. Who do I call?

We have no access to customer files, transaction records, or any insight into what will become of the business assets left behind. If you have not yet received things promised during your sale, or have paperwork issues, etc. we are not going to be able to access that for you. We know this can be frustrating. For questions or concerns regarding a purchase or service transaction we recommend you call Nissan Consumer Affairs 1-800 647-7261.

I have questions about my financing or leasing agreement. Who do I talk to?

If you did not finance through Nissan (NMAC) please refer to the customer service numbers on your finance contract. Nissan Finance (NMAC) customers can go online here to manage their account or may call NMAC at 800.456.6622 Monday – Friday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Central Time.

Does this closing mean Nissan is in trouble?

Absolutely not! Nissan continues to enjoy great success with phenomenal product offerings and great value. At Mentor Nissan, we never rejoice in the failure of another business.
