Purchased a used car only to find out after I took it to my mechanic that is has a bent control arm, blown valve gasket and was leaking oil. They cleaned the engine so you couldn't see the leak and after going back and complaining they said it was sold as is. I am very disappointed in this company. Make sure if you're buying a car from here to take it to a mechanic beforehand. See attached photo for laundry list of issues from my mechanic.

Very good buying experience. We worked with Anthony Valentino; no pressure, easy going. All of the staff we interacted with were polite and friendly, with no sales pressure that can sometimes accompany vehicle purchases; and they didn't waste our time. We drove an hour to make a purchase, and would do it again.

The staff was honest about incentives and negotiated in good faith. I left with a great vehicle at a fantastic price. 3rd vehicle I’ve bought from them and I will keep coming back.

I went to Mentor Nissan for an oil change and the entire staff was extremely polite, attentive and professional. I also asked if they could check the tire pressure because the warning light was on. They didn't bat an eye. Everything was completed in just about 30 minutes. Buying from this dealership was a God send!!!

Good service and prompt service. Work was done earlier than expected. Loaner vehicle was supplied and good quality. Would recommend to others. The waiting area is great with coffee and television.

I have a Dodge caravan and drive past the local Dodge dealer to have Mentor Nissan do my oil changes. It's a bit of a drive for me but you can't beat quality and respectful service. Recently I was having issues with the Dodge and still took it to them and once again I got A+ service.

I scheduled routine maintenance for oil change and tire rotation. I arrived Rick wrote the order and sat down in the waiting room. I brewed a fresh cup of coffee and before I was finished drinking it, Rick told us that everything was completed.

When we purchased our Rogue in October 2017. We decided to add the UPPP insurance. It covered the flat tire we experienced from a pot hole. Mentor Nissan had a new tire replaced in less than a day at no charge due to the UPPP Insurance. I may have the name of the insurance wrong. I know It started with UP.

Excellent service. Also called to schedule my appointment and they made time for me that day. I drove up to the Express Service garage door, it opened and I was immediately greeted by Rick who took my keys and directed me to the front desk to go over my service needs. Rick is such a great guy he goes above and beyond to make sure you are totally sasisfied with everything. Such a polite friendly guy. I always get an apt and when there was something going on with my Rogue he made sure to get to the bottom of it. I have regularly taken my 2009 Altima in for service at Mentor Nissan. The Service Department has always been friendly and efficient. A majority of my visits I have dealt with Rick who has always greeted me like a friend. Very nice young man and very knowledgeable.

With all of the technology in cars today its not unheard of to have a glitch as I did with the on board computer. Mentor Nissan Service contacted Nissan Support and on their advice reloaded the software into the computer and that fixed the issue. My experience from the sales department and now with service has been excellent. I am very happy with my 2018 Rogue.

I've just bought a CPO 2015 Nissan Versa from this dealership; and the process was super smooth and easy. The test drive was great and when I noticed a defective passenger door mirror, I was assured it would be corrected, and it was. I bought a new 2013 Nissan Frontier under the VPP Program. On a previous purchase at a different dealer, the VPP program resulted in significant discounts on the extras that I purchased. With this dealer, they give me One-to-One points. When I tried to use these points, they were divided into Service Points vs Sales Points. None of them applied to anything I had already purchased. Salesman ripped us off. We Were told 4wd / AWD Vehicle. When we got payment voucher it said 2wd vehicle. The whole time we understood by salesperson it was AWD. Paid full price . Salesman knew we wanted AWD , and we thought that's what we paid for. GM never returns calls.

I traveled just over an hour to view a used car for my daughter. My sales person Jeff Farmiloe inspected and test drove the car and gave me a full description of the car before we even left home. His honest approach and his complete detailed description of the car before was spot on. I'd definitely recommend Jeff and would suggest to anyone to give him a call. He could save you a trip or like me you could find exactly what you're looking for and save some money.

I went in for a service appointment very recently. They did a very good job on my car and got me in and out quickly. I camee in on my lunch break, so it was nice not to have to sit for hours on end. They explained the whole process and why they doing what they were doing and I really appreciate the honesty. The personal touch they used here has made me think twice about where I will be buying my cars in the future.
